A few years back, due to the influence of a good friend, I sudden got interested in sneakers. I was on a terribly low budget and some of the hype dunks were so ugly to me. While everyone was looking at the Nike Dunks, Air Force I, Air Max etc, I found myself loving the Air Trainer I. So I got myself two pairs. One grey and green with pink accents in an argyle design and another in full leather. They were so stylish (at least I thought so) and so comfy. From the hi-cut design to the strap across the toe box, there was nothing boring yet too outlandish about the sneaker.
But there is one thing you should know about Nike shoe. They last as long as a fart. And when they fail, they fail catastrophically.
The first one died during my pre wedding shoot at the NTU alumni club.
