It is this super old school restaurant near HabourFront. Circular with a fixed stage in the center, the restaurant moves in circles. Very slowly. But it is necessary as you don't wanna feel like you're eating in a laundry spin cycle. Due to the configuration, the food arrives in an escalator at the center of the restaurant.

You need to take a lift, take escalator and climb stairs to get there.
