When people say this to you, be SURE that the next minute of conversation is not for providing information to update you. It is to blatantly point out that you are wrong. Very wrong.
2. ...with all due respect
This means they are not gonna give you an ounce of respect. The phase is merely a disclaimer to brace you for the verbal fucking that is coming.
3. ...no offense but
You know it is gonna get offensive. Most often used in forums to prep you for some serious flaming. Pretentious people love to abuse this. Makes them feel superior and sarcastic.
Stop these pretentious bullshit people. If you wanna screw people up, do it. Don't lightly coat it with sugar and expect people to take your sugarcoated bullshit.
